Privacy

This notice explains what Hauberk collects through the public website and private beta request flow. Hauberk is designed as a local runtime for AI coding agents; this notice covers the website and evaluation-request process, not any separate customer agreement or deployment-specific data processing terms.

What we collect

How we use information

We use this information to respond to private beta and evaluation requests, send requested security materials, protect the website and form from abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights where necessary.

What the website does not collect

Submitting the request-access form does not send Hauberk your source code, prompts, repository contents, local files, credentials, shell history, or AI-agent activity. Evaluation of the Hauberk runtime may be governed by separate terms and technical documentation provided during beta access.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, protect forms from abuse, host infrastructure, process email, or manage evaluation communications. We retain request-access information for as long as needed to respond to beta requests, maintain business records, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website by contacting privacy@hauberk.ai or founders@hauberk.ai. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
